Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of being selected.

1. Sponsor and administrator

RS Motorsports, Inc., 2866 County Road 10, Canandaigua, NY 14424, is the sponsor and administrator of the promotion.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to legal residents of New York State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of RS Motorsports, Inc., participating dealers and event staff, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period

Online entry begins when registration is opened on the event website and closes at 4:59:59 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, September 20, 2026. The sponsor's registration system is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

Complete and submit the free registration form on the event website. Each accepted entry receives a permanent anonymous entry number. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries associated with the same email address or mobile number may be rejected. Automated, incomplete, false or fraudulent entries are void.

5. Electronic drawing and odds

At approximately 5 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, September 20, 2026, the sponsor will close and preserve the eligible-entry list. Anonymous entry numbers will be submitted to the RANDOM.ORG Third-Party Draw Service for an independently conducted random drawing. The drawing will rank one potential winner and three alternates. Personally identifying information will not be included in the drawing file. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner notification and alternates

The potential winner will be contacted using the mobile number and email address provided at registration. The potential winner has 48 hours from the sponsor's first notification attempt to respond and complete eligibility verification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is ineligible, declines the prize or fails to complete required documentation, the sponsor will contact the next ranked alternate under the same terms.

7. Prize

One verified winner will receive one of the following, determined by the winner's qualifying purchase status:

• $2,500 Boat Bucks purchase credit: If the winner entered into a signed purchase agreement for a qualifying new or pre-owned boat with a participating dealer during the event on September 19–20, 2026, the winner will receive a $2,500 credit toward that purchase. The transaction must be fully funded and completed no later than September 30, 2026. The credit is subject to selling-dealer and lender requirements, has no cash value, is nontransferable and cannot result in cash back.
• $500 Visa gift card: If the winner did not enter into a qualifying boat purchase during the event, the winner will receive a $500 Visa gift card, subject to the card issuer's terms.

The winner cannot receive both prize options. Taxes and other costs not expressly included are the winner's responsibility. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted except that the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Qualifying boat purchase

A qualifying purchase is a new or pre-owned boat purchased from a participating dealer under a signed purchase agreement entered into during show weekend. Taxes, registration, freight, preparation, financing charges and other fees are excluded unless the selling dealer agrees otherwise.

9. Entry information and marketing choice

Registration information will be used to administer the drawing, verify eligibility and contact the potential winner. An entrant may separately and optionally authorize participating dealers to contact them about boats, trades and show offers. Marketing consent is not required to enter and does not affect the odds of winning.

10. General conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the sponsor's decisions concerning administration and eligibility. The sponsor may disqualify entries affected by tampering, fraud, technical failure or conduct that compromises the integrity of the promotion. If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned, the sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate it and, when practical, select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected time.

11. Drawing record and winner information

The electronic drawing record will be retained by the sponsor. The selected entry number may be published on the event website. The verified winner's name and prize may be made available where required by law.
